About Bri

I believe everyone deserves a space where they can show up fully as themselves—without judgment, without pressure to have everything figured out, and without feeling like they have to explain their lived experience just to be understood.

That belief is what led me to become a therapist.

My work is rooted in supporting people of color as they navigate the complexities of life, relationships, identity, and healing. While I have a deep passion for supporting Black women and girls, I welcome clients of all genders and backgrounds who are seeking a space where they can feel seen, respected, and supported.

Many of the people I work with are used to being the strong one—the person everyone turns to, the one who keeps things moving even while carrying their own stress, anxiety, or emotional weight. Therapy can be the place where you finally get to put some of that down.

In our work together, I aim to create a space that is compassionate, honest, and grounded in authentic dialogue. I will hold space for your experiences while also helping you challenge patterns, unpack the stories you’ve been carrying, and move toward the version of your life that feels more aligned and intentional.

Therapy is a supportive space, but it’s also a space for growth. I’m not here to simply sit back and nod—I’m here to walk alongside you, ask meaningful questions, offer insight, and help you move through what’s been keeping you stuck.

I believe in showing up fully for my clients and standing on business when it comes to the work we're doing together. This means being honest, intentional, and committed to helping you move toward the change and clarity you're seeking.

My approach to therapy is integrative and holistic, incorporating mindfulness, embodiment practices, and relational therapy. Together we explore the experiences and patterns shaping your life while developing tools that support emotional well-being, healthier relationships, and greater self-understanding.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing is deeply personal and that everyone deserves a space where their story is honored, their experiences are taken seriously, and their growth is supported.

And while therapy can be deep work, it can also be grounded, honest, and real. You don’t have to show up perfectly here—just as you are.

Your healing is yours… be selfish with it!
